"Everyone in the office is so kind and helpful, it’s never an inconvenience to call the office if you have questions or need something updated. My price for car insurance is SO much lower than what I was previously paying at a different company. I moved states and switched to State Farm. They made the process so smooth and easy. Will never use a different car insurance company. I also have their renters insurance and the price is crazy low. Couldn’t be happier!!"

"Used to have my car covered underneath them, mind you I haven’t been a customer in 2 years, as I don’t have the vehicle I had when I was under their coverage, nor live in Maryland anymore. Like clockwork, I get calls, weekly. Asking to give me a new quote in hopes to regain me as a customer, and every time I nicely tell them I don’t have a vehicle anymore as well as to remove me from their call list. Every week, I get calls. It’s not enough for me to just tell you- so please, if you any reviews at all, please stop. It’s harassment at this point. I was a customer, You have my name, look up my number and lose it. Please for the last and final time, I’m exhausted, I’m not asking, I’m not begging, I’m telling you plainly- Stop. If you have to harass people then your coverage was never worth it."
